9AM: B Pace—Moderate/Fitness Pace Ride (20 miles): New Time! Just for the ladies!  This ride is suitable for moderately experienced or less competitive road bike riders, but still demands a good level of fitness!.  This ride may break into paceline format at times, but for the most part is loosely structured.  Please keep safety in mind at all times!  Ride-end average speed 17-18 mph (Rolling average will likely be higher at times). *Please read disclaimer below*  Leader: Sarah

*DISCLAIMER* All “A” and “B” level rides require a true road bike, clip in pedals, helmet, and adequate hydration.  Nutritional items recommended.  “C” level rides require a helmet, hydration, and a road or hybrid bike with slick tires (no “fat tire” bikes such as cruisers, comfort, or mountain bikes).  All rides are “Ride at your own risk.”  Riders are required to sign a one-time PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionairre) and informed consent.

For first-time group riders, paper copies of ride routes are available at the shop. Rides routes are subject to change.  Ride leaders will announce changes in the route prior to ride start.  If you are riding well below the posted average, ride leaders may not be able to accommodate/wait for you, so please take this into consideration when selecting a ride.  First time group-riders, may we suggest you attend a ride that is a comfortable pace for you before attempting more advanced/aggressive rides.
